I’m writing to complain again about the people who continue to stalk us no matter what. These people have made it their business to know our business no matter what the consequences. They continue to make our lives unbearable and impossible by infringing on our rights to privacy. They use our lives as entertainment and for personal gain. I still haven’t received a response from these producers and cannot contact them. They write stories about me and my family and about the people I meet. I have lost my job and cannot pursue my dream of being an actress,   I’m afraid I’ll meet them at castings. I cannot get a job because of them. They last time I emailed my CV to employers it fell into the wrong hands. Now my work experience is now part of a soapie. Some woman has been cast to play a part with my work experience and I’ve been left without work. These minor co-incidences if left unattended to will escalate into a big problem. I really don’t want this story to revolve around us.

I have a child and would really like to live a normal life again like all the actors and actresses in these soapies and dramas. I’m afraid they’ll do something to me and my daughter. Why are the writers writing these stories about us instead of writing about themselves and their actors? I don’t know these people and have never met them, so what gives them the right to exploit us and make them get away with a crime.  They are harassing us and causing a lot of problems for me and my family. We do not know how they do this and the police can’t/don’t want to figure it out. We have people stalking and swearing at us all hours of the day. It’s clear now who these stalkers are. 

I have sent a compliant to BCCSA but Shouneez Martin refused to forward the complaint because she says she told me she was not allowed to, and one time told me I needed to send her proof. The SAPS and IPID (formerly ICD) refuse to help us and I cannot find a lawyer. 

Now I’m convinced the leader of the DA, Helen Zille also knows about this problem and knows where we live. Is it a coincidence, that our physical address is being used as a plan for a political organization? I want this to stop harassment to stop, this is our private lives and it’s not meant for entertainment. 

So I’m appealing to all the lawyers who specialize in this field to come help us fight this crime and violation of our human rights. Interested candidates are welcome to send me an e-mail.  I’m also inviting other people with similar complaints to send their emails to me. They will be posted on the blog and when we do get a lawyer we can assign one to your complaint.
